Instructive video. I will use a Gmail application called GTDinbox and GTDagenda as my main tools. I will also go back to basics and use a pen! But it is not an ordinary pen, it is a digital pen using a special paper with dots. The pen has a recording device built in so you could save audio linked together with your written notes. It is called Pulse Smartpen by Livescribe.
I have installed The Brain on my computer, but I haven’t used it so much yet. Have you heard about something called bubbl.us? I read about it on Twitter. I have to check it out later on.
I love your blog, but I can’t get the articles in Google reader on my iPhone. And clicking on ‘original’ article link just takes me to a google spur that shows comments but not the post itself… Have you come across this before?if so, can you advise? M.
There are 2 excellents programs for GTD and they are both free: Achiever and Thinking Rock. They are for different users, but both of them implements GTD very well.
A little search in google can show where to download this programs.

Thanks for this post! I’m looking for more on GTD software. Outlook Track-It has been a great example of it. It’s a plugin/addon for outlook. The toolbar flags emails and reminds you to follow up. I like. Very much.
