However, I force myself to double-check (and sometimes triple and quadruple) any e-mail before sending. Print the checklist, post it somewhere accessible and use it.

Hi Ian. I have a messy desk as well. Thanks for these links. Do you have Outlook Track-It? Just started using Outlook and I added this add-on. It’s a followup email reminder so you don’t forget to respond. There are other good ones I’ll try to find.
