The have posted a series of on-line video clips, taken from two exercise videos, on stretching at your desk. The two videos are divided into five clips and are available in MOV and WMV format.

The exercises are progressive, so they recommend starting with Stage 1 and then moving to Stage 2.

People who work at their desks all day tend to stay in one position for a long time. The exercises in these two videos are designed to counter the effects of sitting at your desk.
