On-line DISC Personality Analyzer
Crown Financial has an on-line personality assessment tool based on the old ‘DISC‘ test. DISC classifies four aspects of personality by testing a person’s preferences in word associations.
- Dominance – relating to control, power and assertiveness
- Influence – relating to social situations and communication
- Steadiness – relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness
- Conscientiousness – relating to structure and organization

While I haven’t found my ‘perfect one’ the DISC personality assessment has DRASTICALLY helped me better understand myself, the type of person I am usually drawn to and why that type is a bad mix with mine. It has helped me choose far healthier relationships! Thank you DISC!
