Blogging Tip – Site Navigation
Visitors to you blog are coming from many sources: regulars will have you bookmarked or linked on their blogs, others will come via search engine results, and still others will will follow posting links at other blogs. Once a visitor arrives at your site, how easy is it for them to find other content? How well does your site navigation work?
- Every page should have a clearly noted link to your home page.
- Have a menu that links to key pages on your blog.
- Have a series of “related links” with each post.
- Organize your posts using clearly defined categories.
