15 second relaxation

While this is a simple exercise, it can make a difference quickly. Close your eyes and count from 101 to 115. This short blocking of external distractions can be beneficial for the brain. Add some deep breathing to enhance the effect.

Of course, practicing this exercise while driving a car, operating heavy equipment or flying a jet plane could lead to increased stress. ;->
