8 common time wasters

Over the past number of weeks, I’ve posted some thoughts on behaviours and practices that can get in the way of our productivity. I’ve broken these time-wasters into two groups. Internal are those things which we generate. External are those things that come at us from outside sources.

Both types can be controlled. Over the next little while I’ll finish posting on these behaviours and link them back here.

    Those external time wasters are things which are hard to control. I think that these kinds of time wasters are really worth blaming. Although they can be controlled, some are still unpredictable.

    You are right about that Alan. But no matter how hard we try to control those external time wasters, there are still the internal ones which almost everybody have. Some may be punctual all the time because of they are so organized, but there are other factors like attitude.
