Celebrate the Third Day of Christmas
On the third day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, three French Hens.
There’s a story, frequently reproduced on the web, that assigns catechism lessons to the song, The Twelve Days of Christmas. The three French hens teach the virtues faith, hope and love. Paul taught that love was the greatest of the virtues.
Today, take the opportunity to show love.
- Visit someone in hospital.
- Run an errand for a senior or a person that can’t get out.
- Call a friend or family member you’ve neglected for a long time.
- Forgive someone that has wronged you.
- Devote time to your children.
Let people see the message of Christmas through your example.
