Getting Things Done with Lotus Notes
Lotus Notes is the groupware of choice for my employer and GTD is my system of choice for keeping organized (however poorly implemented). The two have come together in an ebook from David Allen Company.
If you are a Lotus Notes user, this long-awaited document is for you! A 35 page step-by-step manual for optimizing Notes as a personal productivity tool. Great tips and tricks for productive use of the To Do’s, Calendar, Email, Contacts, and more.
The Lotus Notes setup in our office does not allow for using any third-party templates. This handbook automatically leaps ahead of other Notes/GTD options available as it takes you through setting up a GTD system using a basic Notes installation; no need for add-ons to make it work.
Maybe now I can improve my “getting things done”.

Ian, feel free to get in touch with me and to keep me posted about your GTD implementation in Lotus Notes. I’ve got a tool that may be of interest to you, as it will help make Notes-based weekly reviews easier.
Be sure to add your name to the list at http://www.eproductivity.com. I’m looking for a few more enterprise polit sites and I would like to hear about your GTD & Notes implementation.
Meanwhile, the implementation guide I blogged about is a good place to start.
Grace to you,
Eric
