Get enough sleep
You will find it difficult to accomplish your required taks if you’re always dragging around tired. Most people need between six to eight hours of sleep. Determine how many hours of sleep you need, and get that sleep each night. Try and go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each day. This will get your body into a routine. Use an alarm clock to wake up. Sleeping more or less than your required time can make you feel groggy and cranky.
