How and where do I have influence?
Influence is what makes a person successful. It has nothing to do with position, power or wealth.
As we work to extend our success, a question to ask is, How much influence do I have? Do others turn to me for direction or approval? Do I see evidence of my influence in all arenas of my life?
Another important question to ask is, Who influences me and how? We often adopt the weaknesses, along with the strengths, of those around us. Make sure you are not being influenced by things that lead you away from your goals.
Finally, ask yourself, In what ways can I extend my influence? Are there areas where my influence can have a positive effect at work, with neighbours, my family, my community and more?
