Use your waiting time

Inevitably, you will find there are times when you have to wait: holding on the telephone, getting in to see the doctor or waiting for meetings or interviews to start. Take advantage of these times. Make or review lists, review your schedule, open or sort mail, respond to an e-mail, catch up on some reference reading, etc. Making use of this otherwise down-time can free up blocks of time.
