Tips for holding productive meetings

Unproductive meetings: most people would think we could do without the adjective. Meetings can easily be unproductive and a waste of time. At one time or another, all of us have attended meetings that were not productive. If we were really honest, many of us have called a few meetings that were a waste of time.

Unfortunately, meeting are a fact of business life. So, if you have to have them, you might as well make them work. Here are some on-line articles with tips for holding productive meetings:
