stikkit - An Online Organizing Tool
Stikkit makes organizing your daily details as simple as jotting down a note or firing off email. Stikkit’s “little yellow notes that think” talk to the productivity applications you already use, as well as to friends, coworkers and family, giving you a universal remote for your life.
Stikkit tries to be smart without being clever. Rather than guessing and gleaning what you might mean, Stikkit pays particular attention to a small set of “magic words” (like “on”, “at”, “with”, “tag”, “label”, “share”, “remind”, and others you use in everyday conversation without even thinking about it). With a little help from you — often involving your typing less, not more — Stikkit will pick up appointments, to-dos, people, bookmarks, tags, and other salient details and pop them into your Stikkit calendar, to-do list, peeps (or contacts), bookmarks and tags lists.
Here’s a brief cheatsheet to get you going. Notice the words in bold: those are the “magic words” Stikkit understands. If you need more detail or help from the Stikkit team or fellow stikkiteers, drop by the community forums — in particular the help section.
