Gliffy - Online Diagram Tool
My efforts at diagramming processes or projects are limited to what I can accomplish with mind maps. I have played around with Visio, but have never really gotten the hang of it.
Gliffy is an online tool for creating diagrams. The example page has a broad range of diagrams created with Gliffy, including:
a golf course and
floor plans.

There is an ad-supported free account that allows users to create 3 private diagrams and unlimited public diagrams and a premium account costing $30.00 per year.
