9 Reasons to Use MyBlogLog
I signed up with MyBlogLog about three months ago. At that time it was just one of those things floating out there for which I created an account. In the past couple of weeks I’ve begun to get a glimpse of the benefit to be gained from using this tool.
Luis Suarez (who seems to be a master of social blogging) has posted 9 Reasons bloggers should be using MyBlogLog. So far, I’ve been making use of 1, 2 & 9. I need to dig through some of the other reasons.
1. Find out some more about the audience of this weblog
2. Find out other webloggers with similar interests
3. Find out about some other weblogs by digging further into their own communities
4. Identify common communities from my visitors
5. Find out more about my readership with their extended contact details
6. A picture is worth a 1,000 words
7. Have quick conversations with those who read off my weblog
8. Find out other communities and other webloggers who may not even get to visit my weblog:
9. Ability to keep track of some stats

Hi Ian ! Thanks a lot for the plug and for helping spread the message around. Actually, that is how I found your blog as well and how I subscribed to it not long ago. The fact that you can get repeated visitors just proves how those are the folks who stick around for a while and perhaps the ones you should care the most about in the first place. The others may just be checking things out and everything, but if you see them coming your way, it would be a good thing reaching out to them, which is what I have been doing myself as well with those who have visited my blog several times in the last few weeks. As I said, very powerful and worth while exploring if you would want to put a face to those faithful readers who come and go to check out your weblog.
